Not impressed. The woman at the register was impatient, and not very friendly. The chicken tenders were tasteless and the Mac n'... cheese was cold. The biscuit was the only thing that was good. What a joke! Ordered online almost an hour in advance. Daughter and son-in-law show up to pick up our $52 order. Was told would... be over 20 minute wait for my pot pie so ordered a different meal. My husband?s entire order missing, so he told them to justcome home instead of messing with that place again after daughter complained of the restroom being completely trashed and smellof pot smoke coming from the kitchen area! I normally go to another KFC location, and I regret going to this one. I was surprised they didn't have things ready since it... was 11:45. I waited for almost 15 minutes, then when I got home, there were only 4 biscuits, and no Mac & cheese. There were no'large' sides. What we did get were maybe a scoop in the containers of sides. This KFC is the best I have had in a long time. You walk in and the room looks questionable with the ripped seats on some of... the chairs. It reminds me of what KFC used to be. The place needs a lot of work and the employees need to take more pride in their job! You have to work as a team not put all the... work on one person! They can?t do it all alone! The place smells bad like a cockroach infestation! I?m super disappointed bc whodoesn?t love KFC? And they are ruining it for our entire community! Do be careful and check the bag you receive! Make sure it's correct and they put napkins in the bag. This time we sat in a... parking spot and awaited our order...no prob not in a hurry. While we sat there, a customer returned to the store and took herorder inside. Another car parked next to us, also awaiting their order. No biggie. Our order came out, minus 2 orders of cknlivers, a seasonal item? Went inside, waited for the missing items. Although there were 5 employees cooking and at takeoutwindow, the cashier was missing. He was entertaining another off duty employee's LOUD running children. I waited thru the chaosas my items came up, but the cashier was the only person to hand me my order. Read more
