The woman taking orders was absolutely delightful--always kind! The girls handing out the food, not so much. Ordered coffee with... several cream and to be real 'cute', the girls made the majority of the coffee filled with cream and couldn't contain theirgiggles as they handed it out the door. The coffee was barely lukewarm. I hope management reads this and talks to their crewabout being professional and kind to customers. These girls appeared to be high school-aged, now would be a good time tointervene and encourage responsibility in the workplace. Read more
