Oh where to start.. Our experience here was so bad.. Upon pulling up to drive up booth was bad they did great us and ask us to... wait.. Now things get bad real bad.. While waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting we finally push the buzzer and they takeour order.. We go to pay and it's says went thru, but when our food comes they say we didn't pay.. So they take our card andnever come back.. ????.. The same thing happened to people beside us.. They have bad customer service.. Read more
Service was great and efficient, staff was very nice! The major downside is that the 3 of us all got burgers and they were... cold... Like the cheese was just taken out of the fridge cold. And the tots had little to no flavor. After driving 7ish hours wethought that Sonic would be a great dinner. The only thing that made it great was the laugh we had about how cold and tastelesseverything was lol, but again nice people! Read more

Terrible experience at the Sonic in Washington Courthouse today.Waited long time for order to be taken. Ordered chocolate... milkshake. Waited forever at window for milkshake after I paid for it. The kid gave it to me with lots of ice cream andchocolate on the outside of the cup. My hands were sticky right away. I gave it back to him to wipe off. Milkshake did not havevery much of a chocolate flavor to it. Read more
The person that took my order was rude and would cut me off while I was ordering. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster but... when it came out there was only bacon and cheese on it. I called them and she said that they quote "didn't have time to make theegg." I wasnt offered a new sandwich or a refund, she simply said sorry and stopped talking through the speaker. I will not becoming back and I don't recommend anyone orders here. Read more
Early morning stop for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Wasn't quite sure the place was open...no lights on and only one car... visible. Took a couple of minutes to get a response for my order and a bit to receive it but many places are short of helpstill so all things considered we were glad to get some good food and coffee to start our day.
