I literally have no clue why you would want to jump online and run your mouths about restaurants! Like, are you bored, is your... life that miserable? Have you ever worked in a fast food establishment? Do you know how hard it can be sometimes, to literallykeep up with everything, especially dealing with ungrateful people; such as yourself. If you could do the employee jobs so muchbetter, here?s a thought. Go apply at subway and fix everything that you find wrong. The manager tries her best and gets littlerespect and basically no help! So keep your unwanted, ignorant, self righteous opinions to yourselves. Also, it isn?t subwaysfault that their water was off or that their bathrooms have issues. Call corporate and complain to them, if you have a problem.Seeing as how they are the ones in charge of fixing things. Read more
We were the only ones there. Tables not cleaned, water shut off so restrooms inop (no signs or mention of this anywhere so you... don't get to find out until you flush or try to wash your hands). Food okay. Servers pretty standard these days with notcaring about much of anything. We haven't gone to Subway much for years due to their advertising affiliations. I used to love Subway ... 11:05 am on a Monday. No napkins given in bag. Tables were dirty. Restroom needed attention. No paper... towels in there either. Quite loud with music to cover the loud drinks cooler and a/c. Not a very relaxing lunch.???? Went tothe restroom to wash my hands full of soap only to find out the water was turned off!!! AND NO paper towels.???? Huge toiletpaper rolls were stacked on the sink. ????Who does that during business hours? No sign on the door to indicate the water wasoff. Asked the associate if they were aware the water was off. Answer "yeah the guy has it turned off because he's working onit. Sorry about that", as she giggled. What has happened to customer service and pride in your work? I don't think putting moneyinto an all new menu and new TV ads with "star athletes" was a good investment. Food was good. Staff friendly. Seemed to be under stocked (no jalapenos or tuna salad). Premises very clean.
Awesome Customer service, crew members had great attitudes and it reflected in our Subs!! April 13th 2022 girl working was... superb. She has a fantastic attitude and customer service was totally on point. Thank you for our dinner tonight. Read more

I visited this location only to be harassed by an employee. I gave him my gift card that my job gave me. He then told me that it... wasn't a gift card and then laughed in my face. I then told him maybe he just doesn't know how to use a gift card. He againlaughed in my face. I felt embarrassed that I went in there with a gift card thinking I was wrong and it wasn't a gift card atall. I then jumped on subways app and indeed it is a gift card. Now I know that the employee that rung my order up not only wasrude but also dis respectful. Will not return to this location and the manager Emily is content with letting this employeedisrespect customers! Read more
I notice the negative reviews are several months and further back from when I?m posting this; so they must have improved upon... what people were complaining about, because my experience has been quite good. I?m not from the area but have been here for workthis week and today was my third visit. The girls are friendly and efficient? but above all? they know how to close a sandwichwithout smearing half the sauce on the paper. I swear, every other subway it?s like the employees think you want the messiest,open-faced sub. It?s so frustrating! Anyway, they didn?t do that, which is why they?re earning my 5 star review.
