Stopped here on a road trip for lunch. The bathroom was the most filthy public restroom I?ve ever seen. When we got to the... counter to order, we stood there for easily five minutes without even being acknowledged. There were two girls behind thecounter helping other customers at the drive through, but neither of them said a single word to us the whole time we stoodthere. I honestly don?t even fault the workers as I?m sure the issue is that they are short staffed and being over worked. Maybeif there were better wages and working conditions, good workers would be so hard to find and you wouldn?t be short staffed. Read more
We served donut holes at our wedding and everyone loved them. Tim Hortons made us 12 40 count Tid But boxes. So good! And we let... our guests fill the warm glazed holes with the filling of their choice and amount too. Read more
I watch as a young girl fills a box of timbits for a drive thru customer. Then when my husband asked for them she tells us there... are none. I CAN SEE THEM RIGHT THERE. Those are for drive thru customers. Hmmm. Rude unfriendly. Then he asked for glazed donutsand gets pumpkin. ???? Won't be back the cases were completely empty. Floor throughout entire store like walking on sticky fly paper. Latte tastes sweet even unsweetened, possibly uncleaned from... previous drink preparation. In general not a clean environment. I understand why there are no customers at this location. Ibetter stick with Starbucks. Read more
Stopped here on our way back home, because we don?t have a location near us. What started out as a normal visit became... progressively worse as time passed. My friend ordered coffee with no problems. My brother went to pay for his, and the lady saidhis card declined. The manager stepped in, said that the card machine was broken, and they were only taking cash. She didn?tknow why someone would try to use that machine. She then proceeded to yell at every one of her staff. She yelled the remainderof our visit. I felt bad for everyone working there. Read more
Placed a mobile order and was initially given someone else's order when we got to the drive thru. The guy tried to argue that... the order he'd given me was definitely mine. I reminded him of my name and he said there were two orders placed under my name soit wasn't his fault (there weren't, and I'd never ordered the items he'd given me in my life). We then waited forever for thecorrect order while the guy at the drive thru was very short with us. Eventually, after we received our order, I noticed thatthe egg in the bacon, egg, and cheese I'd ordered had an omelette bite in it's place (we didn't even order any omelette bites).It genuinely seems like this was done out of spite. First time being to a Tim Hortons. The price didn't seem too bad until our drinks,(Carmel mocha, hot) came. They tasted simply... like flavored water. Starbucks is a better option. For the ultimate coffee drinks though, Succor Creek Coffee in Adrian, Oregonis the best! Read more
