This Wendy?s is always out of ice. I don?t get it. There is literally a Kroger directly behind the store, do a paid out and send... someone to get some ice. It?s truly not that hard to fix this problem since your machine clearly can?t make enough ice. Read more

Road trip, took exit for gas. Figured we?d get late lunch at drive through. We ordered 2 singles. One single with mustard,... ketchup, pickle. The other single with bacon and tomato. Two fries, 2 chocolate frosty?s. One window open. No cars in front ofus. No receipt . We pull to end of parking lot to get sandwiches out of bag. Low and behold we get two CHEESE BURGERS, 2 friesfrom the year 1970! We drive back around to drive through. Tell the young lady that this is NOT what we ordered and requestedour money back minus the cost of the two frosty?s. She did as requested. I asked who took our order and bagged our order.Noanswer. We also tried to give back the bag of food, having to INSIST she take it or we would drop it on the ground . Come onpeople pay ATTENTION!! Retraining needed! Read more
Stopped here on a road trip and had a great experience. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Mindy was our server and... when my sandwich was held up a few minutes she personally apologized twice and then brought it right to my table with extrafries and chicken nuggets. The food was all very good. I felt like a valued guest at this wendys! Read more
