Food was good and fresh... I went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak towards the conditions or atmosphere in the store...... But the drive thru attendant was kind and efficient... Our Food was made and received in a quick manner... My fries were hot andfresh... The nuggets were warm but slightly on the old side... My boyfriend's burgers were made to his specifications... Mymocha frappe was great... But with all that we ordered for food, we only received one napkin... Also never got the barbequesauce I wanted for the nuggets... Read more
Nobody at the front to take your order. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a egg sandwhich that i had put in through the app... prior to walking in the store. i saw my order on the screen while 3 employees were starring off into space. worst experiencei?ve ever had at a mcdonald?s. Read more
Burgers are always overloaded with ground pepper... And is either cold, over cooked, undercooked or put on the warmer aka in the... microwave, one to many times. Fish is under cooked and tarter sauce, 9 times out of 10, is expired. Fries are like eatingcardboard with salt caked to it. Nuggets are missing alot of "chicken". Every single time I've gone to this particular mcdonalds, something was always missing from my order. Or they charged me more than they should have. Kids have been duped oftheir toy in their happy meals, or their fries. Sometimes even their whole happy meal was missing. Once, they forgot the fries,sauce and got the drink 100% wrong ( ordered a chocolate shake, and was given an APPLE JUICE), when I went back thru the drivethru, I was told I would have to pay for the sauce, kids toy and "extra fries" and was offered a chocolate milk for theirmistake, I then had to show them what I was given with my receipt of what I ordered. For the price these kids are paid perhour, you'd think they would be able to get an order right, on slow nights/days/shifts, not try to charge the customer even moremoney... And not argue with the customer. Finally they got my order right, I went home. Took a bite of my fish sandwich...Instant vomit. Raw fish and expired tarter sauce... Yummm ???? . I brought that back, and was accused of swapping the sandwichout. Idk what I would have gained. But they definitely lost a few customers. I'll drive the extra miles and hit the grocerystore and make my own fries and sandwiches, burgers and nuggets. Google asked for an update: Food is still raw. Fries arerubbery. Orders aren't correct. I stopped eating mc Donald's years ago, but my kids still liked it every now and again... Now mytwo youngest refuse to eat it at all. Picked up some happy meals tonight, fries were missing and their chocolate milk wasspoiled. So no, it hasn't changed. Check your bags before you pull away, check your food as well. Read more
This is spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich for $6.19. Disappointed.
I ordered my food on the McDonald's app and went to pick up my food after paying on the app and one of the employees were saying... that my card didn't go through. When on my banking app showed me that I paid for my food we almost paid twice as we wherehanding the worker a $20 out of the blue my card went through. We parked to make sure we had everything and the got a 10 pieceMc nugget and also forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meals for my niece and nephew. We got the 10 piece but still didn'tget the chocolate milk. I really don't recommend this McDonald's I'd prefer to go to the one on Seneca turnpike. Read more
Clean, minimalist, interior with staff that looks they know what they are doing. They have am employee of the month wall which I... think is great for promoting hard work, which shows in their proformance. Read more

The staff here randomly closed the restaurant at 830p on a freezing Sat night and would NOT let me in to order a simple... milkshake EVEN THOUGH there were already many folks inside eating. RUDE and amateur behavior. Especially when it's 26° out andthere are fools looking at you eating their food from the inside looking out. Read more
