I offered to repay for my correct item and she proceeded to yell at me then yelling/telling her manger what happened so I thensaid either refund me my money or ring me up for my correct drink so she came out with my correct drink in a size small I saidthank you and she said nothing. This location is a "hit or miss" situation. For example, today I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and received my order... within less than a minute after ordering. Normally, this would be great at a fast food restaurant however, this item issupposed to be cooked upon ordering and it is impossible to get this sandwich this quick if they are following procedures. Inaddition, not cooking it to order changes the consistency and taste that McDonald's has now made the consumer accustomed to. Read more
