Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes it?s slow. The parking lot is so small but the staff is very kind.
9/23/22 8:04 am lil girl taking my order in the inside misheard me and got mad when I refused to take what she rung me up for so... I offered to repay for my correct item and she proceeded to yell at me then yelling/telling her manger what happened so I thensaid either refund me my money or ring me up for my correct drink so she came out with my correct drink in a size small I saidthank you and she said nothing. This location is a "hit or miss" situation. For example, today I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and received my order... within less than a minute after ordering. Normally, this would be great at a fast food restaurant however, this item issupposed to be cooked upon ordering and it is impossible to get this sandwich this quick if they are following procedures. Inaddition, not cooking it to order changes the consistency and taste that McDonald's has now made the consumer accustomed to. Read more
Terrible customer service. I had Ingrid in the drive thru a few weeks ago and she made me just want to leave the food after... sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes in the heat because my air doesn't work. I asked her to repeat my order to makesure it was correct but she immediately start shouting through the drive thru wait I talking to someone else. Instead ofpolitely asking me to hold on because she's taking another order or just informing me that she was taking another order. Iinformed her that she could've just communicated that through the headpiece to me instead of shouting as if she was comingthrough the speaker. I let her know that I wasn't trying to argue with her I just wanted to make sure it was right. I proceededto the window where Ingrid continued to be very rude to me and gave this confrontational attitude about everything I asked her.I then asked her her name. She lied and said her name was Yannet but then I pulled over and asked a coworker because I knew Isaw something on her name tag. I feel conflicted about rating a McDonald?s but I?ve been here several times in the last month and keep getting prompted so? if... you?re trying to choose which one to go to and you?re in the area, go here. The fries are always hot and the drive through linemoves way faster than many others. I?ve never been inside so I don?t know how it is there. The crew is always the same andrelatively friendly. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but not enough to keep me from going back and If you?re not checkingyour bag before you leave then that?s on you. The fastest way to order is on the app and just pick it up through the drivethrough. If you order and wait curbside it will take some time. This place forgets an item or two every single time I pick up from here. So check your order before leaving! Also pre ordering... on the mobile app is pointless because you still end up waiting 10 minutes when you get there. Read more
