1:45 pm- Starbucks Please, be careful with the people you hire. Unfortunately, don?t know the name of the woman that attended... the drive thru at this time, but she was extremely rude. She gave me attitude during the whole order. I hold myself to keep calmbecause I was with my kids. Customer service is everything and if she can?t work with people then, she needs to find a differentjob. Other people here have mentioned about a woman being rude and aggressive through the drive thru, so I wonder if we aretalking about the same person. Read more

Bad experience. i had a mobile order and the lady at the window was very snappy. then she gave me half my order and told me to... leave. I told her she forgot my drinks (she just gave me the food) she then blew her breath and rolled her eyes again and saidwhat drink.. if i did a mobile order, wouldn't that be on the receipt. I told her and she held them in her hand and out my reachand I almost fell out the car trying to grab it. I also had some strange substance in my drinks, so we just tossed them. Read more

I visited this store for the 2nd time, but today on 8/1/22. Those beautiful young ladies that was working this morning, ran a... professional and productive job. They were out of my beverage however they were highly accommodating with substituting it forsomething else. Thank you so much for working hard, efficient and professional. It?s very rare these days to have this, esp in ablack community. Ladies, again, thank you!!! Thank you so much! Read more

I worked for Starbucks for 10 years, was a barista trainer and also was promoted to shift supervisor, so I believe I have a... pretty great understanding on how the customer experience should be! I ordered a passion Tea lemonade for my daughter and wasnot made aware of the recipe change. Far as I could remember teas always came with classic. Instead of educating me about thechange in march of 2021! (Which is only a year ago) I was rudely told "it has always been like that? and when I expressed myconfusion because of my own knowledge she kept going with the same attitude. Even the shift supervisor came to say, ?she isright it doesn't come with classic, the policy was changed years ago? no apologies, no smiles, no simple we were wrong. Thisstore needs training! I'm not sure who the district manager is, but I hope they will teach the staff how to be polite.Especially when a customer is simply confused! All the attitude is really all called for! I always visit this store due tobringing the only one with a drive-thru in SE. I'm glad they replaced the drink and provided a 4 dollar gift card. However, thelack of acknowledgment that the customer was right is concerning. Read more

On a hill overlooking the city skyline is the second standalone Starbucks East of the River and it?s a beauty! The design is... very slick and looks like it belongs in Seattle. The inside is spacious, clean and with plenty of tables and chairs. The staffare friendly and they offer a full coffee menu. There?s even an outside patio with seats. Also, this is the city?s firstdrive-thru coffee shop! Starbucks for the win! Read more
