I?ve been to this location several times. Each time my order takes a long time. Today I ordered and a customer who ordered after... me order was ready before mines. There?s only 2 staff working so I tried to have patience , but this is ridiculous. I?ve placedorders online and still have had to wait long periods of time. Green (drink yr veggies) and Bahama Mamas (jolly rancher in a cup) are tried and true but there?s something for all smoothietaste buds and dietary needs. Can also ask for reduced sugar. Read more

I am frequent to this location and use the app to order to take advantage of the Tropical Smoothie point system. However, the... last two visits have not been the best. Today I showed up around 10:30 and my order was expected to be ready by 10:47 as I sawit up on the screen, just for the women making the smoothies at the time to turn off the monitor and forgot about my smoothie. Ididn?t receive my drink until 10:55 which is disappointing. I understand this is a new location, but there still should be somesort of communication and accommodation when an order is not ready or behind rather than attribute and frustration from theemployee. I will still frequent this location with hopes that this issue will be addressed. Read more
