I live 20min out of town so I knew they wouldn?t be completely hot; the beef patties were obviously not fresh and dry and my bun... was burnt. Looked like it had been squished. Great customer service. It is fast food, jack in the box and they are all the same, not my first choice, but thank the good Lord... it?s there, because Washougal has nothing. I do love the tacos, churros, and all the snacks. And did I mention the women workingthere? So nice. Read more

Even though the website says the dine in at this location is open, it is not. Not everyone has a car for drive thru. They... could at least do to go. I'm NOT a big fan of liars. The few times I've came here in the last 5 years, my experience with thislocation has been terrible. It's hard to do a carry out order wen the front door is locked at 4 pm not everyone can do drivethru. I think they need to hire some adults. Someone over the age of 19. Ordered a Triple BACON CHEESY Jack. Did not come with bacon. Came back and let them know and just asked for the bacon. They said... it does not come with bacon. The boy helping me said there was no manager and he was the team lead. He was wearing a dirty longblack t shirt and looked like he just came in off the street. I told him this was ridiculous that a bacon cheeseburger wouldn?tcome with bacon and pointed out that even on the picture it has bacon. He said it?s not crazy that?s just how it is.
