I don?t know what it is about this location, if it?s perhaps the management or the culture but every time I?ve ordered my... modifier I pay extra for gets totally missed and my drink tastes very off to the point I wish I wouldn?t have tried. I datedsomeone who worked here and their roommate also told me they would alter the drinks if they didn?t like the way a customer acted(I ordered delivery so my behavior isn?t a factor, but maybe a customization or two are annoying). They told me they?dcaffeinate the kids drinks and decaf the parents. I know rude people can make things awful so I wasn?t too appalled but now Iwonder if there?s something really wrong with the location. They have a great coffee makers with variety of options... worth trying...

They make my coffee just right almost everytime. The drive threw is always moving at a good pace. The only reason for the four... star is if I order more than two drinks it always seems to be difficult. Things always turn out confusing and at least one drinkis wrong in the end. I'm not sure why this is but that seems to be par.Overall this particular Starbucks seems to be well puttogether and managed well compared to most others I've visited. Clean store, not at all crowded so very fast service. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and one young man (the one who... was not training the new person) went above and beyond our expectations. He saw my husband sitting outside with our dog while Iordered, and brought her a little "pupicino" treat and a cup of water. So thoughtful and really cheered her up after her trip tothe vet. I love this store so I have to still give it 5 stars but the last two days my mobile order has been incorrect, and as much as I... hate to do this I feel like I have to say something because Starbucks is just too expensive to not get the correct order.Yesterday I ordered a turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich and I got a turkey bacon sandwich. Today I ordered an iced greentea with a splash of sweet cream and my entire drink is just full of sweet cream, definitely not a splash. I know you guys arealways super busy so you?re probably rushing to get orders out and I understand that. As a regular customer I just ask thatmaybe an extra second or two gets taken to read the mobile order that came through properly. This Starbucks coffee shop in Camas is the best one to go ??????? for a White Chocolate Mocha. They are the best drink on their... list. Love them in winter time and summer to.
