I stopped here on my way back from big lake with my friends whom had never had Sonic. The drinks were really good, 2 slushes and... a an iced coffee for me. They ordered a chicken sandwich and a hot dogs. Both with fries. The food was cool and we could tell itwasn't freshly made. The French fries had the distinct mark of being double dipped. Meaning that after sitting in the wellwaiting for service they didn't sell and instead of tossing them out they dropped them in the fryer again. Completely gross. Read more
It was so bad. What's weird is that the burger liked and tasted 100% like a McDonald's happy meal cheeseburger. We all agreed... they they looked, felted, and tasted like McDonald's and that isn't a good thing. They forgot lettuce and pickles so my burgerwas literally ketchup and mustard. They forgot ketchup and straws also. We got some milkshakes and they tasted fake. They wereso thick it was hard to get them to the straw and yet liquidity as well... It was the weirdest thing. Was good food and friendly staff but the food has really dropped in quality (Alot. Not very edible at all. Prices are way to... high for the quality of food.)and some of the staff are friendly and helpful the others should probably find another job. Notsure if I will be back. Its was a couple times of this before I changed my review. I don't recommend wasting your money hereuntil they fix what they have developed into. I couldn?t eat the hot dog. I think it was bad, the color was a dark grey and the texture was way off. Cold fries as well. I... have been three times, never impressed with the food. Waste of $7.50. Read more
It was the first time I had been to a Sonic in years. And, from my understanding, it's the first location to open in Alaska.... Order was taken incorrectly even after having the employee read it back to me three times. Same employee didn't have a clue whatwas on the menu that I was ordering from. And the man who finally brought me my meal looked like he had just left a muddyconstruction site. Not impressed !! I will give them one more try. Read more
This sonic is always super super packed. Aside from the wait, which is usually about 20-35 minutes for our food. Every time I... have gone, my order has been messed up in some way. For always being packed I?m impressed with how there very small number ofstuff run the place. Read more
so i went around like september ish time? went through the drive through and ordered. and walked inside to get my food, they... said it?ll be around 10 minutes, so i waited. then i waited around 40-45 minutes? i got a bit frustrated so i asked them whatwas the hold up because there wasn?t many people in the restaurant, they then told me that my food was ready i got it served andhad 2/8 things of what i ordered, 1/2 items were not even what i ordered. overall 3/10, drinks are pretty good but whomeverworks here are pretty slow and don?t have much experience at ALL and rude. Great food just sometimes get a bad attitude at me whenever I order a new type of burger because sonic doesn?t every have what... it takes to make the new burgers that come out.
