The food is always really good but no matter when I go through the drive through. every worker there always seems stoned or just... really bad at their jobs. Sat in the line for almost 45 minutes. Had someone charge us. Forgot they charged us. And then spentan extra 7 minutes just bagging the food.. I'm sorry to whoever works there if it's difficult sometimes but you guys have got topick up the pace a little bit because people can't be spending hours in the drive through line waiting for 2 burgers Read more
Over the past year this particular Wendy's location has gone downhill. They take extremely long on takeout or dine in orders and... they never get our order correct. We love Wendy's and typically we are met with good attitudes but the service quality is verypoor. Read more
Good God! I have never been here with less than a 40 minute wait in the drive-through line. But thank God the manager got a... smoke break with the neighbor who works in the business next to this place. They were out of several sizes of lid and all thechicken strips and a bunch of other stuff. But hey! Smoke break! PATHETIC. Read more
This location needs a better team manager. I realize that most the employees were trying their best , but the whole place was... struggling to get orders filled between on-line,drive threw and walk in customers . I felt bad for their whole team. Sad really.Burgers without meat were served to the guests ahead of me. My food was hot and as I ordered, but really? Burgers with no patty. Wendy, where's the meat!? Just waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes about fell asleep. All because they are short staffed that is not the... customer's problem. Need to start hiring ASAP. Open up the dining it would be easier for all of us. I love Wendy's & I love thefood but Dang. Step it up. There is no option for drive-through you can't dine in. Definitely over worked but they often miss and mess up items ordered. Also never go inside or else they will make you wait an... hour to order then take another 30min to get your food because they only prioritize drive threw costumers. Only reason I gavetwo stars is that they didn't have a bad attitude while providing terrible service. Read more
Food is typically pretty good. However, I regularly have to wait 40+ minutes in the drive through. Including tonight when I... arrived 45 minutes ago and still have not reached the menu. I'm estimating an easy hour before I get my food the employees showno urgency and the business is losing money because of it. Hard to believe management has not come up with a solution. Read more
Pulled up, no line, guy was just changing over the signs to lunch, my order was taken quickly and when I got my food it was all... there. They even placed my wife's taco salad in separate little containers so it didn't get mushy before we got home. I saw anew manager in there; I hope he keeps up this tempo because I'll start coming back to Wendy's if the service keeps gettingbetter! Read more
