The service was very fast, our food was exactly as ordered, and my hot mocha was phenomenal. Tasted like something you might get... at Dunkin? Donuts. Couldn?t be happier with it. We frequent this McDonald?s regularly and our food is always as ordered. Theircold espresso drinks are made wrong 100% of the time though, I must admit but since I?ve switch to their hot espresso, my drinkshave been perfect. Read more

We just ordered 1 large, 1 medium french vanilla coffees and 1 large iced mocha. Carmel was added to the iced mocha. My daughter... took her drink in and explained to her that she didn't order Carmel. You talk about attitude! The young black girl aced it! Toldmy daughter Carmel comes in iced mocha drinks! She refixed the drink and slammed it on the counter and walked off. Way to go tothe manager for letting your employees treat your customers in this manner. SAD!!! Read more
Gave us the wrong order 2 times. Then took my receipt to get it correct and gave us a 3rd wrong order. Takes the food back, and... makes us pull to 2nd window and wait 30 MORE minutes before we drive off with only our cold fries and drinks. 50 minutes totalwait time for 2 burger combos. It's not that hard!!!! I'm more disappointed that these clueless, ghetto, nappyheaded girls arebreathing the same air as everyone else. They are truly a waste of life. Go back to selling crack and living off mommas foodstamps and quit messing up everyone's orders already! Look at Chick-fil-A...I have never received a wrong order since theyopened YEARS AGO...
