I eaten here for 15+ years and have always bragged about how I?ve eaten at Burger Kings all over the world and this place is the... best. That?s no longer true, unfortunately. My last 3 visits have had food that was sloppily prepared and unappetizing. My ownkids won?t eat burgers I buy for them from here anymore because they say it tastes ?off?. The meat patties have been missinggrill marks and have been almost pink. The veggies on the sandwiches have also been bad: a tiny single slice of golf ball sizedtomato, uneven scattering of lettuce, and onions missing completely. Also way too much mayo and ketchup. It was literallypouring out of the hand burgers while eating them. Idk if this place got new ownership or what, but I?m noxious right nowthinking about eating there and will need to give it a few years at least before I can stomach the thought of eating here again.I tried to raise my concerns to their management thru the receipt review system but never heard back so this is my way of movingon. I?ve ordered from the BK well over 10 times and every time I have regretted it. 2 cars in front of me in the drive through takes... 18-22 minutes minimum. I don?t blame the workers for seeming like they hate their job. My assumption is that many customers areas frustrated as I am waiting for their food every single time they unfortunately chose to roll up to what seems to be theslowest Burger King in the world. The final straw was waiting in line the last time just to find out they don?t have the bunincorporated in their primary sandwich they are advertising under every rock. The food is really good but every single time I go there my order is wrong. The wait times are astronomical. I mean I'm talking... 20 or 30 minutes and it doesn't matter if you go in the drive-through or if you go inside. I went there a few days ago with amobile order and went inside to get the order after waiting like 10 minutes behind a car that was ordering because I was in ahurry. the whole reason I put in a mobile order was so that I would hopefully get my food a little bit faster because it wouldbe ready when I got there. When I walked in and told them I was there to pick up a mobile order the girl told me that theydidn't even have my order and I showed her my receipt on my phone. The manager walked up and said oh I haven't confirmed yourorder yet let me confirm your order. So they hadn't even confirmed my order or started working on it and at this point it hadbeen 15 minutes since I put the order in period then they started working in my order and upon giving me my order my entireorder was wrong. Had I had I not had the foresight of every other visit there that my order had been wrong to look and see if myorder was correct before leaving I would have gotten home and my whole order been wrong and had to go back and get the correctorder. They told me just to keep what I had and then remade my order correctly this 2nd time. While it's nice to get free foodit ended up making me late for an appointment that I had because what originally should have been like a 5 minute in-and-outtrip turned into a 30 minute escapade. The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it's right by my house andmy husband insists on getting burgers from there because they have that grilled taste that no other restaurant has. The fries and chicken nuggets are very good! Nice crisp for the nuggets yum way better than McDonald's...and the fried are good... too. But my only issue is the wait time.. .they have been super slow for years which is frustrating.... Read more
This Burger King in Watauga is the Worst !!! I went through with gift cards only the be told they couldn't take gift cards at... this time . Mind you this was after placing my order....the lady asked me if I had cash or credit card ..I told her No ...sheyelled back to cancel my order and shut the window. This is not the 1st time this burger King has been either Rude orincompetent! But it will be the last time we ever go there ! This place is awful!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND eating here! Order?s are Never done in a timely manner! They are Always out of... something or an other! I wish I could go lower than 1 star. My son stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Not once did anyone greet us. However the... Hispanic gentleman who walked in after us was greeted and given a cup for a free drink. I guess when it is an all Hispanicstaff, if you aren?t Hispanic or white you do not matter at this location. My child wanted to eat Burger King today, but afterbeing ignored, I made the choice to leave. I can spend my money elsewhere. Do better Burger King. Read more
