So me and my gf decided to try this place for the 1st time. The food was anything but good and here's why. The appetizer we... ordered was their chips and salsa. We immediately noticed the chips looked like they were bathed in grease. The chips wereglistening with cooking oil. The salsa was super watery. We asked our server to bring us chips that were not drenched in oil. She obliged and brought us out ones that were dry. These were extremely salty but better than the last ones. Now, I orderedthe Oldtimer cheese burger and what I got was not worthy of being served to any customer. The meat patty was very small andvery thin. It was charred!...LoL. the patty wasn't even round but some odd shape! C'mon Chili's you are better than this! And the fries... I got the equivalent of a small size from McDonald's. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this Chili's location. CHILI'S you should do the right thing and compensate me this meal that is nowhere near the value of $49. Read more
We were seated right away and everyone was nice, the hostess, our server and all the runners. Even the manager came out to make... sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food all tasted great too, no complaints there. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is thetime we had to wait for our food and the lack of communication about it. Read more

Chilis is my favorite restaurant all the time but I don?t know what?s wrong with the way they do the chips, normally they use a... bag and I don?t like how messy looks inside of the box where you can?t barely see the quesadillas. Y?all need to be moreorganized with yalls job, all about ethics tho and good presentation. Sad! Read more
Came in for lunch and wanted a table with some bit of privacy for my wife. There are a total of 7 guests in the entire... restaurant? host puts us at a table directly behind a mom and her kid; definitely not a place to hold a conversation. So I askedhostess if I could have another table and pointed at the one I wanted (with privacy) and she tried putting us at the tabledirectly on the other side of the same mom and kid. So I politely asked if we could have another table and pointed at it - andit was only 4? from the other table, but at least more private. She said no and I basically this one tiny section is all I haveto choose from. I get it, my daughter is a hostess and some sections are closed but when there is a suitable table just a fewfeet away and you say no? I now know why this location is always dead. Unbelievable. I?m a local business also, family felt like chili tonight and I decided to order from Chili?s in Watauga. Very... disappointed, very dry and absolutely not the chili you?d want. Ordered an additional order that came cold and had instructionsto reheat. WHAT?? Read more
Love Chili?s!! everything is yummy! They have little bit of everything! Great prices for a waited restaurant! At this location... they are normally pretty fast, sometimes a little bit slow but most of the times it?s worth the wait!! We go to this location often and have never had an issue. On this particular visit, the service was the worst we have ever... experienced. After the service we had, I should be able to remember our servers name but I can't. She was very young, blondehair and we were on the bar side of the restaurant. The food itself was amazing as usual. It was myself, my daughter, my twograndsons and one of their friends. Our meals were delivered by a different waiter but our waitress NEVER came to see ifeverything was good, as in the cook on our steaks. Thankfully all was good. She walked past our table many times without evenlooking at us. We all needed drink refills and we didn't get those until we were more than halfway done with our meals. When shefinally came and we ordered those drinks, we were polite but she could tell we were unhappy, so she had someone else deliverthem to us. Same with dessert, we ordered it but she did not deliver it. She spent most of her time chatting with customers atthe bar and one other table. We were there for well over two hours. We will always go back there but we will refuse to be in hersection. Wish I could remember her name. Read more
