Omg this location is terrible! Drive thru line took 30 min to get through. Then my order wasn?t complete. I went in to get it... fixed and a worker that was already finished with her shift argued with me saying that she bagged the order herself. Needless tosay it was almost an hour when it was all said and done and my food was cold and I didn?t even eat half of it. ???? Read more
Claims to be open 24 hours, But if you show up at 5am they will be closed. Also the last 2 times I ordered a ultimate... cheeseburger they only put one patty instead of 2. Read more
Sometimes the wait is a bit excessive for the overnight drive-thru which is partially understandable due to the limited amount... of 24-hr restaurants available in the area. During the day, however, they are quicker and there is one younger male individualin particular who is always easy to hear over the intercom, is very direct, fast, and efficient with operating the drive-thruwindow. Horrible!!! Ordered the #3 SOURDOUGH Jack Meal (with some other items). We get to the window wait 5 min he hands me the bags. No... fries, no drink. I tell him and he gives them to me. Fries cold...too afraid to even drink the drink bc he may have spit in it.Decided I better check the burger too....it's a plain bacon cheese burger. I gell him I ordered the SOURDOUGH jack, he says."Oh, that's because we are out of SOURDOUGH bread" well why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered it??? Iask for ranch and ofcourse they are "out of that too". What is the world coming to when a person can't simply get what they ordered and paid for orat the very least be told they are out of it and been given the option to get somthing else that they want rather than beinggiven whatever you feel like giving them. Overnight crew has gone down bad. They are always rude, slow and act like everything is an inconvenience. There were worried... about talking communicating with each other than tending to the customers drive through now Waits over an hour for one order allthird-party delivery groups such as doordash and all that affects our times that affects everything we used to have absolutelyno problems or issues at this location it used to be one of the favorite locations to pick up from it has became one of theworst and dreaded locations what seems like a complete change in all staff members this location has gone down Read more
Manager was rude and lied to my face about the order. I went there and ordered the 2 for $5 double bacon breakfast sandwiches... and received 1 sandwich with no bacon on 1 whole side. When I showed it to the cashier he was going to correct it but a shortlady who claimed to be the manager said that this is how the sandwich is suppose to be. The other sandwich they gave me wasloaded with bacon on both sides. I definitely would not recommend eating at this location. Read more
Jack in The Box has some very good milkshakes, decent and delicious tacos. I loved their Quad Bacon Cheese Burger that they had... for a limited of time along with their Spicy Roost Fries, I wish they can add it back very soon, as it was an amazing set ofitems. But their service is over all wonderful but there are times where they have a busy drive thru line. Anyways, I hope theykeep up the good work. (I also hope to try their Loaded Tiny Spicy Tacos very soon.) Read more
4 30 am I m about to order, the guy says "Hi how you doing" I asked him if they have the tacos available and he says " we are... not open dude" I looked up their hours and it says that they are open 24 hours. I will swing by on 11/15/22 afternoon to talkto the manager about it. I think it was very rude and it felt like a joke that they welcome you to tell you that they're closed. Read more
