What is up with the crickets. Literally, crickets. All over the walkway, all over the front door, then when you walk inside,... they?re just chilling in the lobby, or climbing the walls. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating, at least. I feel badthat the employees have to work with the crickets. Literally. I won?t ever return here again. Read more

Really solid place. We have been eating more here in the last couple of months because their menu has solid items that are not... huge calorie bombs and don't leave you with the feeling of a rock in your stomach. Inside atmosphere is like Starbucks meetsJason's Deli. Very quiet atmosphere. Really have never dined in at this location, but I have picked up items from their to-gocubby which is really convenient yet a little awkwardly placed inside the restaurant (you have to walk past the people who areprepping meals for both to go and dine in patrons, and then sometimes have to maneuver yourself in between people who arestanding there without a clue if they should sit down or stay standing after they order at the self-service order stations). Excellent customer service!... I picked up the order, came back home to see staff had made a mistake in preparing the food, I... really didn?t feel like driving back there again but also couldn?t help but to at least report it, I called and spoke to Bellaand in a matter of a minute my frustration vanished? Bella prepared the whole order all over again and ALSO ?delivered? itherself, she went above and beyond! food is also delicious? makes it worth driving there 15 minutes each way, even thoughthere?s plenty of other and less expensive fast food restaurants around us for less than a few minutes? drive? Holy cow, is this location awesome! Staff is friendly, orders are always timely, accurate, and kitchen is on point.while it may... seem like no big deal, I eat at Panera's all across the country. Lucky to have this one as my primary cafe! Read more

This location is really a hit or miss. Today was a big miss. I ordered delivery, 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, & soup. Only received... one drink, the grilled cheese sandwich had to of been put in the microwave because it was completely stuck to the wrapping withcheese, the smoothie still had ice chunks in it and was very watered down, no utensils were included, and nothing was checkedoff on the receipt before being picked up. Still trying to get ahold of the restaurant to get a refund. Read more

This location has consistently provided poor service. Our food always looks like it went through a tornado before it got to us.... Today I watched an employee answer a personal call while preparing food, never taking off or changing gloves when handling boththe phone and food. Consistently slow even when mostly empty (3 other customers in the store). Too expensive for the qualityprovided. Read more

Stood at the front counter to order for over 10 minutes. The manager walked by twice and didn?t offer to help, grab an employee... or direct us to order or kiosk. Finally, guessed to order on the kiosk and then system had an error. Informed employee wholooked disgusted she had to help. Given wrong drink sizes and sitting area looked as if it hadn?t been cleaned all day. Even ifthey were short staffed the amount of trash, dishes, and unclean items outweighed the busyness of the restaurant. Totallyunacceptable and the manager should be embarrassed by how his store looks and employees work. Read more

I love Panera but today they mauled 3 of the 6 bagels when I asked for them to be cut in half. The server put them in the bag... this way for me to take to go and didn't mention that there was a problem. I didn't see it until I got home. One of the bagelsis actually missing a piece. ???? I understand that the machine sometimes messes up, but to leave them this way is really notgood customer service. Read more
