So I?m like low-key retarded and I ordered the ?super pepperoni stuffed crust pizza? thinking it came with pepperoni on it also... (the website has pepperoni on the pizza in the picture so I just assumed it was a specialty). I asked the girl who was working?hey does that come with a lot of pepperoni?? And her not knowing what I was asking replied ?a good amount?. Well I got my pizzawithout adding what I thought would be additional pepperoni, only realizing when I got home the mistake I had made. Do not deal with these unprofessional untruthful group of human beings. We stopped in at their watauga location 35 minutes... before closing and were told that they would need to deliver the pizza to us and we live in Hurst? As such they sent us on ourway. We waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up or answered their phones. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired!!!!!! Read more
Ordered lunch on Saturday afternoon. About 25 minutes after the tracker said ?On it?s Way? I called the store and told them the... situation. They were using door dash because they didn?t have an available driver. Well, instead of making me call and fightwith door dash or making me wait for her to call and fight with them, she said she?d just get it remade and now that she has adriver, they?ll get it right out. I wasn't impressed with the online ordering,or the food tbh. I ordered before I left work Friday. I work approximately... 35-40mins away. Hot wings, to large pizzas ($18.89 and 13.99) hot wings and the pocket(I forgot the name)philly cheese / cheesecrust.....I made it home in 30....driver called I gave directions and waited for him to to pull up..... 1 large pizza was hot,the other was somewhat warm... but thehot wings and pocket wasn't. For spending over $65 on my order I expected to have somebomb a$$ food. So I place wings in the air fryer and pocket in the oven just to eat dinner....needless to say that's a one anddone.? Read more
I don't order from yall but your drivers are very disrespectful. I live in The Enclave at Hometown. One of your drivers was... delivering pizza to another resident. I asked him NOT to park in my assigned spot and he was very disrespectful. He disregardmy request and then talked noise as he was leaving. He was in a Silver Chevy Camaro licenses plate ending in 1758. I pay for myassigned spot and when I asked him to move he should have done so without all the disrespectful lip service. Read more
Not impressed with my delivery tonight. Took 1 hour, 10 minutes to deliver after ordered and given a 35-45 minute wait time.... Also noticed it was delivered DoorDash and not by Papa Johns employee. Pizza was not HOT and only lukewarm. Checked temperatureand it was at 118. Will not order from this location for delivery but I might give them another shot for pick up only to see ifthey can redeem themselves. Read more

This is a nasty store and this time I said something about it. The manager walked around stocking the store, touching items,... moving boxs the entire time while I created my order online on my phone. When my order came into the system she started makingmy order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Immediately stated recording her to make my pizza without washing her hands nor putting ongloves. This is the 2nd time I've seen this at this location. I told her about my unpleasant visit, took the order but I did noteat it. I contacted corporate for a refund and filed a complaint.
