My pizza was delivered by DoorDash, not a driver employed by Pizza Hut. The driver did not take the pizza out of the warming bag... when he came toy door. He was just holding the box. The pizza was indeed barely warm. I will not order Pizza Hut again. Read more

Three times I have received the worst service from this location. The first time our pizzas were uncooked, the second time we... tried to order using a store credit, we called over 15 times to this store location and we could not get anyone to answer thephone and the third time (tonight) we decided to give this location another try and again we have called and answering the phoneat this location seems to be a huge challenge. The reason i called tonight was to cancel our order because the app said it wouldtake 2 hours for our order to arrive. The second time I had an issue with this location I requested a call to discuss mycomplaint and NO ONE followed up with me.Usually our experience with any Pizza Hut is okay but this particular location is theabsolute worst. Right now as I am typing this review I am calling and have called NINE times since 8:53pm. I do not understandthis level of incompetence, it is just ridiculous. If you have a craving for pizza steer clear from this location, YOU HAVE BEENWARNED!!!!! **ANOTHER ISSUE** Pay attention if you are ordering online or using the app, This location will tip themselves andsay the app automatically does it. I always write right in my tip when my delivery arrives but the last time I ordered theydecided to take money from my bank account. I prefer Pizza hut to any other pizza place. This location makes the pizza fresh and they do no overcook it usually. Last time... they did overcook it they remade the pizza for us quickly. We eat here 2-3 times a month. Service is always good. Read more

Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give negative stars, but had to give one. Ordered three (3) pizzas and only received... one (1). The one pizza we received was half burnt. Called 15 times to talk to someone, never got anyone. The phone would ring,then just hang up. Finally called like I was going to order a pizza instead of calling about a previous order. Someone picked upand when I started telling them what was going on they hung up. They did this twice! Been ordering from here for a very longtime. Will not be ordering from here again until they make it right and get their stuff straightened out. I can?t even getsomeone on the phone to get my money back for what we paid for. Ridiculous!
