They were out of nacho fires, which was over half our order. The employees tried their best to substitute items to match the... price we paid. They were very nice, and it?s not their fault. It?s just annoying when it says it?s available on the app, just tofind out it?s not in the drive thru after we already paid. Paid extra for fries, and the new freeze which they were also out of. EVERY time I make the mistake of coming to this Taco Bell I DEEPLY DEEPLY regret it. I do it because it?s so close but omg it?s... RIDICULOUS. Always soooo slow, messes up EVERY TIME. They probably owe me like $50 In missing food by now. The people alwayshave an attitude even though they CHOSE to work here? basically what I?m saying is literally go to any other Taco Bell in thearea. Read more

Some of what I wanted has been discontinued, so I changed my order. Asked for a veggie bowel add beef, no beans, no guc. It had... alot of guc on it. The 3 tacos were barely wrapped up, so I had to pick the lettuce & cheese from the bottom of the bag andrestuff the tacos! I was wanting at least 5 minutes at the window to get my order. This location is the worst Taco Bell ever . It?s frustrating that it?s the closest to my house , but I often go to the one on... 377 and drive an extra ten minutes . This place is a joke I walked out to no line and waited for 5 minutes for an employee to tell me I had to use the kiosk. We that... was the first water of my time, if that's the way they do business, they should post a sign. So I put my order in the kiosk andgo to pay. I get an error message and then the thing gets stuck in a loading screen. I walked out, as did the other people inthe store. How ridiculous. Read more

No cash register. You only have 2 spots to order your food. I walked in and one guy was ordering a lot of food and another... person was just playing on the menu board. Then it took quite a while to get my food. No napkins and 1 sauce. Bigdisappointment. So it will be another 2 years before I eat taco bell. Read more

Bad service so sad, the guy in the (driveway) with a bad actitud, he gave me the wrong order I asked for BEEf chalupa and I... got chicken!!. I asked for 2 order of cinnamon twist I got 1. the guy handle me the soda in a bad way I thought I was going todropped. Need more training and customer service for sure! Read more
