Sat in the drive thru, only car, for 8 minutes. The someone greeted me and asked me to hold on.. I drove around the building to... go inside. There was only one car in the parking lot. Let me be clear-the food was great! I hadn't been here for a while and now I remember why. The floors had spills on them that... had dried, sticky slip hazards that no one mopped the whole time we were there! The spills on countertops and tabletops weren'tcleaned during our time there, either. And while we ate at a table on the other side of the room, I could hear the crew,unprofessionally cursing and cussing every few minutes. I won?t bother the evening workers here anymore, since they obviously don?t like customers, even when they?re not that busy. I... automatically smile and say hello before they do, and get a deadpan expression. They speak unintelligibly when they do speak,and the food is sloppily presented. Hard stale buns, flavorless soda water for drinks, undercooked chicken, burnt fries and bacon. Test your drinks and food before... leaving the parking lot. If you have a concern save your receipt and call corporate. This location will not answer the phone ifyou call. Awful convenient for the staff there. Don?t expect friendly staff or even a hello. Honestly I go mostly here because they have Mello Yellow which is the best soda ever made by Coca-Cola ever and it isn't sold in... stores west of the Mississippi. Only a handful of restaurants carry it and it's the ones that have the Coca-Cola freestylemachines, which THIS Wendy's has. But I will say, it's clean, the food is hot, the staff at this location is super friendlyand always goes above and beyond, and they always get my order right which is more than I can say for most places these days. Woman that took our order yesterday 7/29 sounded bothered & annoyed. The one who took our payment wouldn?t even respond when I... said thank you. Just stared. Another girl was shaking our lemonade with her hand all over the cover. We asked for another cover& they both seemed annoyed. The one shaking it walked away. Didn?t really trust eating the food after that. Waiting long to getthese stale fries that looked like they were the leftovers for the day. Sandwich was the new hot honey chicken & it was good.That?s the only good thing about this one order. We waited long on the side parking to receive the order then again the girlwouldn?t respond to being told thank you. Just handed me the bags, little eye contact, looking annoyed & walked away. I wish Icould take my niceness back lol they didn?t deserve it. This is the closest Wendy?s to us but I?ll find another one or eatelsewhere. Rude customer service & food is blah! Okay I understand that everyone has a bad day. I also know that often you deal with rude customers. I was nothing but respectful... and the young lady that was working the drive thru window and taking orders today had a terrible attitude. I paid for a tripleonly to grt home with a double not what I paid for. She was not attentive at all and I say this because she asked about thedrinks and repeated it back wrong. She was playing toss the cup at the window. Gave attitude the from the beginning. No only wasmy order wrong the fries were disgusting. The fries seem to have been sitting there a while. I will not return to this locationagain. I love Wendy's but this is not the location it's conveniently close but not worth the money. The star is only because Icouldn't leave a review without picking one. Please do better in choosing applicants and better training would help. Read more
received these through doordash (yes they also received these), they are SWIMMING in oil, the fries are barely cooked, the bacon... is cold, and the cheese looks like it was melted under a heat lamp. absolutely disgusted, they put zero care into the quality offood that they make.
