Worst customer service ever. Whoever hired those kids to work there need to be fired. Couldn?t even place an order when I walked... in because kids standing around laughing and talking as if they never seen anyone walk in. Place was a little dirty and swarming with flies. The young lady working the front counter wasn?t very professional. She was... mumbling when telling me the options and when I asked her if she could repeat something, she literally looked at her co-workernext to her with an annoyed look on her face. Making customers feel embarrassed for politely asking about menu options. ???? Last, the kitchen was blaring a bluetooth speaker with music not really conducive for a family restaurant. I never imagined deep-frying frozen food could be so challenging to prepare. Expect extreme wait times at this location. Place... reeks of old oil and the flies are a plenty. I don't actually understand why the health department hasn't condemned the place. Read more
Deleivery was prompt, no questions there. Wings arrived reasoanbly warm and still a little crispy. Fries were a disaster, note... to self dont get fries the next time if there is a next time. I hate that it costs more for 10 all wings, price is deceptive onthe app. If not paying attention, you will get some wings and some "boneless" wings. Who eats the boneless wings? Been on the phone for over 1 hr (4 different calls because they were going to call us back, they left us on hold and then got... hung up on) currently have been waiting for 16 minutes to see if we can get store credit. Somehow I'm blind because I can't seethe 10 atomic under the lemon pepper (can you?). Worse service ever, additionally to the wings we were missing a large bluecheese dressing and 1 order of veggie sticks which they agreed to refund the blue cheese (because they ran out) but declined ourrequest to just get the missing 10 wings that I already paid for!!! I have visited here a few times the past month or so. No complaints. However, today stood out because of West. When I called to... place my order I could tell they were busy but he was very kind and efficient. He had a very positive and upbeat attitude when Ipicked up my order. I intended to give a survey but lost my receipt. You don't find many hard workers like West! Keep it up man! Read more
