WHAT A JOKE OF A LOCATION!!!! I placed an order for a doctor's office through EZCater, which was accepted, confirmed, and then... confirmed AGAIN the day of. I get to my BUSINESS lunch with no food... I said to myself, ok, not cool, but maybe they're ontheir way. I called EZCater to only be told (when they were almost 30 minutes late) that they spoke to someone at HBH to be toldthat "they are no longer able to provide the order". That's it. No apology, no explanation... they didn't even try. Even thoughEZCater made it right.. it wasn't their fault at all. Do you know how that made me look to the doctor and his staff that Isupport? And for my first time meeting them? Thank goodness they were a gracious bunch and ordered something locally. I knowthat customer service has taken a toll since the pandemic, but this is the worst I've seen... complete disregard, nonapologetic, and just plain bad. Read more

My wife and I are fans of Honey Baked Ham. It?s our go to for gift giving and pot lucks. Hate to give only a three star today... for the Watchung location. Went for Classic sandwich (which we have purchased many times) and today?s sandwich had two thinslices of ham. Our sandwich from the Edison location a week earlier had three layers deep of ham.
