WHAT A JOKE OF A LOCATION!!!! I placed an order for a doctor's office through EZCater, which was accepted, confirmed, and then... confirmed AGAIN the day of. I get to my BUSINESS lunch with no food... I said to myself, ok, not cool, but maybe they're ontheir way. I called EZCater to only be told (when they were almost 30 minutes late) that they spoke to someone at HBH to be toldthat "they are no longer able to provide the order". That's it. No apology, no explanation... they didn't even try. Even thoughEZCater made it right.. it wasn't their fault at all. Do you know how that made me look to the doctor and his staff that Isupport? And for my first time meeting them? Thank goodness they were a gracious bunch and ordered something locally. I knowthat customer service has taken a toll since the pandemic, but this is the worst I've seen... complete disregard, nonapologetic, and just plain bad. Read more

My wife and I are fans of Honey Baked Ham. It?s our go to for gift giving and pot lucks. Hate to give only a three star today... for the Watchung location. Went for Classic sandwich (which we have purchased many times) and today?s sandwich had two thinslices of ham. Our sandwich from the Edison location a week earlier had three layers deep of ham. Wonderful... really happy we found this place when searching online for spiral ham. Worth the visit. We also bought a 'smaller'... snack plate..buy one get one free...and totally finished it before we reached the mountain house a few hours away. Our Familyloved loved the ham..they have chutneys.. mustard and other side dishes that go well with ham!! Great pricing and value formoney. They also serve lunches..pulled pork sandwiches. Looks like they're under new management and thank God! The store is well lit, clean and fully stocked! The sandwiches are off... the hook and reasonably priced. This is a great store for purchasing prepared whole hams, whole turkeys and a great selection of prepared sides, deli... selections, appetizers and desserts. They offer catering as well. I enjoy their prepared to order box lunches. The counter salesemployees are friendly and efficient and the store is clean. There are tables along with a wall mounted TV, so that you can sitto enjoy your prepared box meal if you choose. Place your Holiday orders early, to avoid the long lines. Food was very good. Service was excellent and not to long to wait. Plenty of parking.
