I had the worst food experience of my life today at the Burger King on thomaston ave. It started with a male employee smoking... outside and throwing his butts on the ground. At the counter my son ordered two whoppers and a strawberry shake. The femalebehind the counter said they aren?t doing shakes today. He said ok, I?ll have a sprite then. He then asked for cheese on hiswhopper. She rolled her eyes and said ? you want cheese on your sprite?? He has a learning disability and was embarrassed. Ourparty went elsewhere. This place is the worst. I've had issues here before so I haven't been back in 15 years but it hasn't changed. They had nothing... The food was pretty good. It was a little disappointing that they got rid of the epic soda machine they used to have with a... bunch of flavors tho. I think they're changing their name to Out of Everything King. This place is always running out of everything all the time, not... end of day or on weekends, always. This isn't local to just this Burger King but they keep charging me for cheese on the Whoppereven when I say "No, no thanks, I don't want it, please no, thanks anyway, no cheese, no cheese thank you." It's getting on mynerves, I get the cheese I Paid for but I don't want it, the Whopper is my favorite sandwich and it tastes better withoutcheese. Horrible deceptive upsell tactic, and all the Burger kings are doing it. I say no clearly and they put it anyway anddon't give me a receipt so I don't see it until it's too late. Man if I could rate this place a zero I would. This is the worst Burger King everrrrr, I've vist different one's and this one is... the worst ???? ????. So we got to the intercom to place our order and we started to get rushed into placing our order, webrushed it off. After placing our order we waited 20 to about 30 min to get this nasty food. The bag was dirty as heck ans onesandwich wasn't even wrapped properly, and to make matters worse the sandwich was soooo greasy.
