Before I post a negative review I have to find multiple things wrong. 1- The service is very bad specially lately. I DO NOT... RECOMMEND IT AT ALL because it feels that they don?t want to take your order or take for ever to take it. 2- They are very slow2 or 3 hours before they close and it feels like they don?t want to take you when you arrive around 9:PM 3- The floor is sodirty. They should improve it and or spend some time fixing the floor or at least paint it. 4- Some people always have an angryface specially at night. 5- I want them to bring back the chillis they used to be before the pandemic because it feels like themanagement is totally different and it is a total mess. Our waitress, Tonya, as fabulous as always. I can not say enough about how hard they try to make people happy. However the food... has become mediocre with fewer choices and smaller portions. I went in with a few friends on Thursday we had a great time. Appetizers were phenomenal. I had an issue with the steak in my... fajitas being over cooked I was going to just let it go but the manager Christina came over and asked how our time at Chilis wasgoing we told her we were having a great time. Told her I always get fajitas and it usually comes out great but this time itseems over seasoned and over cooked . She responded that it could just be that mix but she suggested that she get me a newserving that is medium instead of well done. I received an email for a free appetizer. (Previously signed up for the reward program) so I figured it would be nice to get a... quick bite with my husband. He wanted a burger (mushroom Swiss) and I just love the boneless Buffalo wings ????. Got them bothunder 12$????. Anyway I pulled into the curbside pickup parking space. (On the phone talking) I didn?t even contact them and anice young guy (Rob I believe)came out with a mask and stayed at a distance and asked if I had an order to pick up..????. I wasamazed and pleased at the service, because they were very busy and he didn?t just leave me out there. He took my name and wentin and got my food. Love it love it love it.!! I am big on service.
