I have had so many bad experiences at this place, this review is long over due. Today I ordered a coffee on the app. When I got... there they hadn't received my order. The girl there insisted I didn't order it there since they hadn't gotten my order. I thenwent to the dunkin down the road to make sure I didn't order it there accidentally. They didn't have my coffee either so I wenthome to get my phone so I can prove I ordered it in this store. When I got there and showed her my order history she stillwouldn't make my coffee because the order still hadn't come in on their end. The woman she was working with ended up making mycoffee but not before arguing with me about it. In between all this the woman that ended up making my coffee was making fun ofcustomers who have complaints about long waits for their orders. I ordered my coffee over a half an hour before actuallyreceiving it all the while having to argue about whether I ordered it from them and whether they should make it for me evenafter proving to them I bought it from them. This only the most recent problem I've had with this store. I can go on all dayabout times I went to the drive through and no one takes my order even though there were no other customers. I don't think it'sunreasonable to ask fast food restaurants to be fast. Read more

Terrible rude in courteous words cannot go on and on and on staff needs to change they didn't even offer any place a napkins.... Just a very terrible experience even though I always give it it this one I did not and I got an attitude for because all's I gotback with our bills because I gave the exact change so if you want this discourtious service then go there I didn't even drinkmy coffee for his Afraid spit it because I was showing attitude because she was showing attitude an please next store has bedbugs and me putting on that night and she is very critical critic. They are absolutely horrible. They tend to drive thru before in store customers. I came & waited 10 minutes while 2 people... handled drive they & inside had a long line. Great D&D but ever since the remodel, I can only go at certain times because the customers aren't smart enough to use the... parking lot properly. We're meant to drive counter clockwise and pull into the parking spots due to the spots being slanted. Soif you're lucky enough to find a spot, it takes a few minutes to pull out because you have people driving around you in everydirection except the front. And of course they are not looking, just a mess of people looping around, hitting the breakssuddenly, and honking at each other until they finally exit out of the entrance. Enter/do not enter signs and arrows painted onthe ground to direct customers MAY help. Even the gas station/dry Grocery side of the business isn't worth it. There's always aline of 10 people because of someone that buys lotto. When you take forever to ring these people up, start a conversation withthem to make it longer, let them cut the line, then frantically wave the next person over before the lotto person is even gonefrom the counter because NOW there in a hurry, something's wrong. I've went to this location for the past 3 weeks straight due to usuing the bank across the street for work. Each time I ordered... food I was told I needed to pull up and wait for it which no other Dunkins make you do. After waiting I finally received myorder the last time it was completely wrong. I went this morning with my 2 month old, 4 year old and fiance. He went in to pay for gas and get me a coffee, on our was to... bring him to work. He ordered my coffee then went to pay for gas while the employee was to make the coffee, except just stoodthere staring at him. The employee finally made it. After we left I looked at the coffee and my 1 creamer coffee, looks like a 6creamer coffee. I'm lactose intolerant and can barely handle 1 cream. But that's my choice. Having this much cream tho!!
