Drive through focused Dunkin. No Waterbury focused merchandise. Incomplete selection of donuts. Slow service.

Can't go wrong with DD. Best coffee non of the Starbuck garbage. Nice large black coffee no sugar. Coffee as it should be

I don't know what it is about Dunkin' donuts staff but they ignore you until you start waving your arms and asking for help they... pretend like they're overly busy and sometimes they are busy but when you're standing there at least acknowledge my presence Read more

Wrong order in drive thru....not the 1st time. Even had a different customer's name on the coffee. I didn't take my receipt... because it was a coffee...they said people try to get free coffee all the time by saying their order was wrong. I'm not otherpeople. When my coffee was incorrect in the past, I didn't say anything, this time I'd had enough!! After telling the story to 3people, they finally gave me the correct coffee. Read more

Well to start, I was sitting in the parking lot of DD and ordering on the app for 4x points. I chose to search location and top... one popped up and I filled out the order. Chose drive thru pickup and got behind 14 others. Got to outside speaker and they hadno order. Turns out it was the DD 1/4 miles away. So drove there got behind only 6 cars and got to speaker to find some of myorder they did not have in stock so had to change it up. Then got to window and they were going to give me someone else's orderbut I stopped it. Then the started to hand out my hot and cold drink in a tray and the coffee lid was lose and coffee spillingout. So I took the cold drink and asked to have them just remove the coffee and push the lid on tight for me. Nope, took offwith the coffee and made a new one...great...right? Nope, as I was pulling out the coffee had zero sugar but some cream. Notlike I ordered on app..light and sweet. I still have it in truck untouched. Never will use app again! Period!!!! Read more

I have been coming to this dunkin religiously for about 6 months now because I work right up the road and every time it's great!... Coffee tastes fresh and customer service is commendable. Today was terrible. I work in customer service and understand a facepaced environment. The shift leader/supervisor/manager clearly does not understand how to handle her role and treats herCOWORKERS terribly. They are your COWORKERS NOT PAWNS. Extremely disorganized and unefficient. I waited almost 20 minutes forone coffee. Again I understand waiting and understand that when it's busy, it's busy. Was not a huge fan of today. Pleaseaddress this issue and fix it so people are employees and customers are treated fairly. That way you have a properly equippedteam that can help each other and provide proper customer service.
