This is by far the worse dunkin I have ever stepped foot into. Every time my family order from here there seem to be a problem... with getting the orders right, we wait in the the drive through for 5 to 10 mins to be waited on. The crazy part about the waittime is there is no other cars in front of us or at the window when this is happening. I don't understand what the problem is atthis location. This only happens when the afternoon shift is on. I have never had issues at any other dunkins. This has happenedmultiple times and yet evey time I try to give them credit and try again. This is sad there are so many people out there thatneed jobs and yet the ones working could care less about the opportunities they have been given to work. Read more
Your sign says your open @ 6am and your doors are locked at 740am. I put an online order in and it was still not ready 30min... later. Also missing pieces. And the boy/child working the register was extremely rude and illiterate. I wish this was a one timeexperience. But it's like this every time I stop here. Terrible. Not only did they get my order wrong, they refused to give me a receipt. My iced latte, was warm and incorrect, my... first food order was 'discontinued" (then take the promotion off your menu) so I asked for a bacon roll up. I got UNCOOKED baconin a burnt wrap. Now I would be filling out a complaint with their office but they made us drive up to wait for it, and thennothing. Plus I'm pretty sure I was overcharged, but I cant know for sure since they refused a receipt. Read more
