I use to work here but the pregnant manager got in my face and disrespected me. Anyway I came from another store and she treated... me as if I was new to what I was doing. I left and they purposely mess up my orders, they hire people who don't wanna doanything or make anything right, they charged my card for more than one item when I specifically asked for one thing. I come every day for a coffee & bagel twist . Usually once I start saying my order they know who I am and how I want my order .... Today the cashier heard how I wanted my coffee and without asking if I would like anything else she just gave me the price .Once I got to the window I ask who took my order young lady said it was her and gave me my coffee . I ask where?s the whip creamsince I paid for it and she turns around and walks away BUT the usual order taker/ cashier by the name , Wanda , ask whathappened and I expressed the rudeness and how I didn?t even finish my order . I stopped here while going to a training class in Waterbury...very happy with the service and how fast they were. I say outside... for a bit before I left and people seemed to just walk in and out quickly. They're definitely on top of their game here. Read more
