It is very gloomy there. The girl behind the counter that was training a new person was very rude to him. She was very bossy.... Instead of showing him what to do she was just telling him and watching to see if he made any mistakes. He made my coffee well,but I feel sorry if he has to work around that energy. Read more

Best D&D I've ever been too. The team here always has a smile in the morning. They always make me laugh when I walk in and treat... me with respect and ask if my order is too my liking. The staff always remembers my order, even though I switch it up. They alldeserve raises and I'm there in the Mornings before 930am, and look forward to there great customer service. Read more
Iced decaf coffee was bitter probably sitting there since they opened, croissants were not toasted and still cold to the touch,... brought the sandwiches back in to have them retoasted and again they were cold and not toasted. Waste of money. Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts has the worst customer service EVER!!! The manager Lea is rude and disrespectful to her staff and customers.... Very ugly attitude! All they care about is the time they get customers through the drive they when there is no where to park andthe order is always made wrong!!!! A whole new staff is needed. Exce4llent service, excellent coffee and excellent workers. Lia who led the charge, with Myrna and Jayda and Kayla and lastly... Mirna did an awesome job. I suggest them to wear a hair net or something. Specially the sandwich station.
