Worst fries at this location. My understanding was fries were cooked twice, this location I ordered little fries and it appear... to be cooked once. No brown or crisp at all. More greasy than usual if you can imagine. The burger was smaller and the tomatowas not ripe. This is a new location but maybe they should not open until proper training. the Waterbury store needs to be closed until people can be retrained on how to take orders. My burger has mushrooms which I am... allergic to. The music was so loud on the speakers that I had to repeat myself 2 times and she still messed up my order I askedfor no ice in my drink and it had more ice then drink I waited weeks for this resturant to be open and I won't be goin backanytime soon Read more
Would definitely come back, gave a 4 out of 5 only because my wife asked for bacon on her burger and didnt get any.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and fries. Gave me a double burger by accident. Cheese was fully cold. Fries undercooked.... $22 for a lousy meal. Disappointed. Read more
