Everytime I call I get someone picking it up doesn?t say anything and left waiting for 10 mins. Hang up and the phone is busy.... When I ask the young woman behind the counter( dirty blonde pony tail) she says yea ik the phone is off the ringer, its busy.You?re a business this is what Frankie?s has done for yrs. Ordered food and everything was missing. Burger was missing lettuce and tomato. Didn?t give us any of our condiments for our... hotdogs. Missing cole slaw with our platters. French fries are raw. We all know how good Frankie's is, so I don't need to echo that. But I wanted to commend this particular location for their... outstanding customer service, especially with the curbside option. Even if it's busy, they NEVER, EVER get an attitude or leaveyou feeling neglected or dissappointed. Other fast food places should take notes because Frankie's does a stellar job when itcomes to customer service. (I only wish the drive-up situation here was easier, as it's tough to pull in and out and then wraparound to the fire lane, but again, the customer service makes up for it). Skip that dump Burger King and come here instead. Read more
