Friendly service. Food was fast. I had protein pancakes with blueberries and they were good.
Prior to covid the service was excellent. I was a regular and the staff new me. Come back after covid and the service is... horrible and a different staff. I've let months past before trying aging and still no improvement. Noone answers the phone. Wentin the other day to eat in. Sat on our booth for 15 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged us or anything. Same with the table next tous and they had been there before we got there. I don't know how this place is still open. Read more
To be honest I never really liked going to this IHop because I always feel like the food was always rushed when preparing, but... this past Saturday it was amazing, fresh and well done, we ate it all. Read more
The meal was good I had the gluten free waffles. The waffles tasted really good. My son had the double chocolate chip pancakes... which looked and smelled very good. ???? From my son on the pancakes. Bacon was good cooked fine. Plus sausage was good Read more
Horrible visit. Will probably never go back. Coffee wasn't hot, pancakes flatter then flat. Meal not hot at all. Listened to... kitchen staff yelling at each other, whistling like crazy. Our waitress was the only nice thing about the visit.. crying kidsall over the place.. horrible day.. it was my husband and mines 35 yr anniversary . Horrible start to a great day... Read more
Well I for some reason went her again. The potatoes were running. When ask if i could get new ones. He said them come frozen.... He would try to find non runny ones. Horrible. The wait are the worst. Rude, disrespect, walks away before I could answer. The meal I order, there was no bananas in stock. Changed to the roast turkey dinner, they brought me the sandwich. Iexplained what came in the dinner. They gave me the dinner with no garlic bread. No one checked on me. Half way through mydinner and yelling across the restaurant excuse me to get someone attention to ask for the garlic bread. They then tell methere out of the garlic bread. Worst meal ever. Read more
The food was good. I wish the service was better. Our waitress was terrible. We ordered 2 kids waters,1 water for an adult and a... Sprite for an adult... She didn't write down anything, walked away and came back mere seconds later asking what we wanted todrink again. After telling her again she went and grabbed our drinks and came back with water for the kids in glasses instead ofplastic. This meant we had to keep them on the table beside us. We finally put our order in (again she writes down NOTHING), wewait forever for our food to come out.. She brings just the kids and mine, she tells us she'll bring me a refill of water andall of us silverware and then she disappears. My husband waited nearly 10 minutes for his food... During that time I have nowater and we still don't have silverware. On the other side of the restaurant the waitress was on her personal cell phonehaving a discussion on Spanish with someone talking about how her son isn't going to live with her ex's white girlfriend. Realappropriate given that she's at work... Oh and her ONLY table is waiting for their final plate of food, water refill ANDSILVERWARE STILL!. I had to get up and walk over to her.. Interrupt her phone call in order to ask for everything. She brighteverything over except my husbands food...that still took an additional 5 minutes. Go out to dinner as a family and everyone isnearly done before my husbands finally gets there... His food came out at the end as the check was brought minutes after hisfood was delivered. If this woman spent half as much time taking care of her customers as she does on the phone... Things wouldhave been way better. Please train the staff better!! Read more
Stopped here for breakfast, my friend had the huge breakfast platter & I had the oatmeal. The breakfast platter was large enough... to feed two people & the hot oatmeal was also in a huge bowl. Great all around & the decaf coffee was wonderful on this chillymorning. Read more
