I hate leaving negative ratings but this Specific McDonald's is the worse. I normally order through the Drive thru and they... always make me pull up to the green line and forget about me. After almost 10mins of waiting while everyone else gets there foodI have to go inside and find out why is my order taking so long. Such a horrible experience everytime just to order fries withno salt. I don't go through this experience at other McDonald's. Read more

food was good they actually out extra big mac sauce they were out of adult happy meals but it?s ok . They made the fries again... so they were extra hot for me . food was good for fast food . i don?t eat mcdonald?s often but this is the best one in waterburyi think because it?s always so busy so your foods gotta be fresh nothing sits long easy fast meal on. a rainy cold day Read more

Okay so I placed a mobile order with curbside pickup. Not only was I waiting for close to 10 minutes for my order but with 2... meals ordered they forgot both orders of fries. This not being the first time either. Just ridiculous when you have so manypeople working and nobody reads the order and checks it prior to it going out to the customer. Fast food my arse, I would've hada shorter time at Friendly's. Read more

Our food was cold and dry. Fries tasted like they been sitting for hours. Missing fries as well with the order. Missing sauce.... Missing ?paid? extra on the sandwiches. Order was wrong. Only thing right was the drinks. I wouldn?t recommend at all Read more

The meat was raw in the middle of 1 of the quarter pounders I ordered. My 4yr old son took a bite of it first and when I went to... bite it, I noticed it was pink. I then broke off a piece of the meat, it was completely raw. I called the restaurant andexplained to the "manager" the situation, he seemed unphased by what I was telling him. He offered me a new burger, which Ideclined because I will no longer be eating at McDonald's. I asked him for the corporate number, he said he did not have it onhim and to look it up online. He did apologize with no remorse in his voice and said,"what do you want me to do about it?" Iwill be monitoring my son for any food borne illness in the next days. I am expecting a full refund and a phone call from thefranchise owner/General manager/ corporate representative to speak with me about this. How can our economy afford to pay $13- 15dollars an hour for mediocre service at a fast-food restaurant? Where is the training? Where is quality control?? My son couldpotentially be very sick from this. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CHILD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Read more
