It a Chinese Buffet. The food was cold. Not too many good choices. There was another Chinese Buffet in the area that... closed(which was better) during the pandemic. So now Mr.Wok doesn't offer as much and charge extra for things that was once onthe buffet. I was really disappointed in the food. Read more

I usually never had a problem here but today one of the lady's that served my family was extremely rude and unprofessional. She... took the left over plates and I was helping her by cleaning up the table and she was so rude telling me to hurry up to hand hermy glass of water to refill. So by me helping you clean up your here rushing me so u can take my glass cup to refill. Makes zerosense. You don't ever speak to someone like that. Management needs to do something about her. Everytime we go the food is great! It's what you would expect from a China Buffet, $15 for all you can eat. They have sushi,... shrimp, crab, mussels, and clams, and of course all the usual Chinese food fare plus a selection for kids with Mac and Cheeseand pizza. There's ice cream and fruit too. Very sad that we only have ONE China Buffet in Waterbury and it has to be Mr. WOK!! Prices of $15.00 for weekend is a very HIGH... price considering the menu hardly ever changes and the food in its self needs improvement in taste!! The Hibachi service I foundevery time I went was NOT open for service!! The cost from about $9.00 to $15.00 is NOT acceptable, better and more variety offoods is needed and the service is rated as one Star also; had my sun glasses stolen by our server. Do yourself a favor, I did,and find another place to go, better to go out of town; and one more fact, most food is too salty!! Read more
This place used to be good but last 2 times I've come it's gone down hill. The plates are sticky and clearly not washed right... (found stuck on rice on some of them) the food was cold but decent. I'm not coming back again. Read more
