Muyuri was great. We stopped by here on the way back from a trip with friends. We ordered a coconut based mustard shrimp and... tikka fries for appetizer and a chicken biryani. Everything was very tasty, and the customer service was excellent. Theinterior design is very elegant and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this place. Read more

Great Indian food, very tasty. We were on a road trip, needed a quick lunch place and found this place. Didn’t end up being... quick as we enjoyed the food very much. Our complements to the chef and the awesome service. The folks in Waterbury are luckyto have a great restaurant with very tasty food. Read more

Ate there last night and just had a really positive experience! The food felt really fresh and was DELICIOUS (samosas were spicy... and main courses were light and flavorful). The onion naan was light and fluffy... really great!! And the gulab jamun we had fordessert was also maybe the best I've ever had (super light sauce rather than too much heavy buttery sauce). We were pleasantlysurprised by the check, too, as it was all really reasonably priced. They serve beer and wine and there is a small bar (so whilethey may allow BYOB, they also serve alcohol there), and it is casual but definitely decorated (actually very pretty inside andthere were people enjoying dates there while it also seemed good for families). We live about 20 minutes away but we plan tohead back again soon to try more items on the menu. Read more

One of my favorite spots in this area, the chicken vindaloo and garlic naan are delicious cuisine, but be prepared because the... chicken is very spicy but the flavor is unmatched. Has a really cool authentic vibe inside the restaurant as well and theservice is great. Read more

The staff was super helpful and friendly! The inside of the restaurant looks very nice. I ordered chicken saag, daal tadka and... garlic naan. Indian is one of my favorite cuisines, but I did not find the food very impressive or flavorful, especially for theprice. Read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is genuinely courteous and helpful every time. I have been here several times... in the last few years and every time is better than the last. You are allowed to BYOB and they will even supply glasses for youif you choose to do so. Additionally I had a birthday dinner here recently and my mother brought a cake which they allowed to belit and eaten at the table. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys high quality Indian cuisine with afriendly and caring atmosphere. Read more

First off, I have to say that this is the most friendly Indian restaurant that we have ever ordered from. From the moment we... first called to picking up our food, they were very kind. We started out by calling and asking the young man who answered thephone, dietary questions. He was extremely helpful and informative. When we picked up our food, the gentleman who rang us up wasjust as pleasant as the first. I have to give this restaurant 5 stars for their customer service. As for the food. I have tosay, I was a little disappointed. Let me start with the good. The Samosas were on point. They were probably one of the besttasting samosas we have had in a long time and they didn’t disappoint with sending the tamarind, cilantro mint sauce andonions (the chutneys) with it. It was our first time having Roti from an Indian restaurant. It wasn’t bad. It took the placeof the usual naan that we would get. When it came to our main dishes, I have to say, we didn’t enjoy the Aloo Jeera at all.Even though the menu says that it is potatoes in a sauce with mushrooms, chickpeas and/or green peas, as you can see in ourpicture, it wasn’t made with anything else. Essentially, we got potatoes is sauce. That is it. This was our dinner!! Potatoes, that’s it??? Not only that, we weren’t thrilled with the taste of it either. We weren’t happy about that. The BaiganBharta was decent. It was definitely the better of the two dishes. We’ve eaten at many Indian restaurants. We love Indianfood. We gave Muyuri a 3 because their service was top notch but we felt the food was lacking. I really wanted to love it andhave this as a spot that we rave about, but like usual, I had to be honest.
