3 stars because after 3pm they never ever have hard rolls left over. Why now just make 10 more so your customers don't have to... settle for a half grinder? The food is always fresh and perfect though. But the hard roll thing has been a problem for over 10years. Is it just this location?.......I changed it to 5 stars. Staff are so personable- I wasn't sure how to order good proportions for my Sy and the lady was really helpful with that. The... atmosphere is easy and calm- didn't feel rushed to get out of there at all. Eggplant Parm was good/ satisfying but not as cookedas I'm used to getting there. Read more
I order lunch from here a lot since I work nearby and I have not been disappointed once. The food has always been great and... fresh. They are not skimpy at all. I usually get a wrap- my favorite has become the Chicken Salad Wrap, which I would defrecommend!! I have tried some of their other chicken wraps and they are always fresh and they are very generous with the meatportions- it's not all lettuce, like some other places. ;- ) Def a great place to grab a tasty and filling lunch! Unfortunately did not have a good experience at this Nardellis. I was charged almost 7 dollars for a grilled cheese for my... daughter which in my opinion is beyond a ridiculous price. No one ever offered me the kids menue option which included way moreitems for a cheaper price or tried to give me a reasonable price. Also there were small flies on the window sill, no sanitizerin the container ,there were dirty tables which weren't cleaned and the glass of where the food was in was fogged up and youcouldn't even see what was in there. I originally gave Nardelli's a 5 star review, but after my last visit, I was left very disappointed at how skimpy, yet... overpriced the food is. I used to work in a deli & never in my life have I seen a flat wrap. When I went to check out, I waslike "Oh, no that's not mine, I ordered a wrap." They were like "yeah, this is your wrap." I responded, "That's flat, wraps areround, I've never seen a flat wrap before." I paid $8 for a few pieces of meat & cheese, a snack wrap if you will. I would'vebeen far better off buying my own deli meat & making it myself, or going to a local deli that isn't a chain. Never again. Read more
Stopped here for lunch on my way to visit a local customer. The food was great. I had the sausage and mushroom grinder and it... was fantastic. Why there is a local Subway in town is beyond me. There is no comparison. I didn't have a side, but looked likethey would have been pretty good as well. Read more
