Two of my friends and I go to sing go sushi at least every other week. It's a bit of a drive for a couple of us to get there,... but we do like the food, and the service by Felicia is incredible. She's very sweet, and brightens up the place. I would say thequality of her service mixed with the variety of food on the menu are the reasons that we go there. Read more
I wanted to like this place. Server and sushi chef were really nice. They had some interesting specials on the board. Fish... was fresh but not very tasty. My friend had a cooked entree and he said it was marginally good. My hot tea came in a papercup. It was like a fast food sushi restaurant at moderately expensive sushi prices. If I really want sushi and am in theWaterbury area, I may go back. But I couldn't say this place compares with some of the better sushi I've had elsewhere. Read more

This place has the best sushi in the greater waterbury area. Singo is back and he is a true artist when it comes to his dishes.... Just visited today and they have expanded their space. It is now double in size and they did a great job with the renovation.Ingredients are always fresh and you can find some very creative rolls at this place. I always stop in when I visit the area.
