I enjoy Starbucks as do many many people! However, I frequently place a mobile order from Starbucks and when I place an order... from the Southbury location and the projected wait time is 10-12 minutes ? I almost always I end up waiting 20-25 minutes for asingle coffee. Which can be a little frustrating. Especially when there are four or five baristas. Read more

I had the turkey pesto sandwich. It was dry. Even though I saw pesto, it had no taste. They do not have lemons available for... plain, unsweetened black iced tea. (It's not a covid thing.) Everyone knows you put lemon in it! The kettle potato chips tastedburnt. I hardly ever went to Starbucks before, and now I am sure not to go to another one. Gave them a try.
