I enjoy Starbucks as do many many people! However, I frequently place a mobile order from Starbucks and when I place an order... from the Southbury location and the projected wait time is 10-12 minutes ? I almost always I end up waiting 20-25 minutes for asingle coffee. Which can be a little frustrating. Especially when there are four or five baristas. Read more
Went to get a coffee for me and my Wife wanted to talk to manager about A charge of $25.00 on my American Express but no parking... spaces and What's more I never used my American Express card at this Starbucks on West Main St so how do I get the Charge forthe gift card that I never Ordered or used the card. I had the turkey pesto sandwich. It was dry. Even though I saw pesto, it had no taste. They do not have lemons available for... plain, unsweetened black iced tea. (It's not a covid thing.) Everyone knows you put lemon in it! The kettle potato chips tastedburnt. I hardly ever went to Starbucks before, and now I am sure not to go to another one. Gave them a try. Done wasting my money at Starbucks. After sitting in the drive through for way too long my daughter and I went inside to have... our improperly made drinks remade. They were still disgusting the second time. My ?hot? coffee was served to me in an ice coldcup. It actually felt like an iced coffee when it was handed to me. We were still courteous, said thank you, and walked outdisappointed. Waste of time. Waste of money. We decided we would much rather spend our hard earned money at the many local smallcoffee shops. Best Starbucks store. The employees are wonderful!! They treat me well. My order is always on point. These people work so hard... and they are.so good at their job even under tremendous pressure. This location is always super busy. They all deserve a raise!! Read more
