The Food is very good and the best customer service at any pizza place in Connecticut
My view of this place is just getting worse. Bald delivery guy is rude and disrespectful towards my family member in the past.... Now you got to order a pizza and they want to give a sigh, huff and puff, with an attitude when you say you want to place anorder for delivery. Are you serious? You can?t handle your job and be nice to people then don?t bother picking up the phone OReven work there. Idk who they?re hiring now days but do better w customer service training cuz the attitude is childish oversomething so small. Read more
I recently ordered a pizza with bacon and mushrooms, and a salad. Pizza was cooked perfectly, toppings were fresh, sauce was... flavorful. The salad was also fresh. There could have been a little more bacon on the pie but overall no complaints. Read more
Literally the worst pizza I've ever had, I got bacon, Buffalo chicken and garlic, all the toppings look like they slid to one... side and they dumped a bag of shredded cheese on top that hadn't even melted yet. Tasted horrible, you'd be better off with afrozen pizza or domino's down the road then stone house, or go and get an actually good pizza like Adriannas, Dominic andVinniez, pepes, pizza castle. Just got a meatball and onion with extra cheese. So good. Driver was nice and pretty quick for a Friday night it got here hot... and the crust is great. Overall pleasant experience. Well definitely order again. Thanks guys this pizza is goooood. Read more
5/30/22 order a veg pizza and ordered a tuna grinder made to order.. bueatiful too pretty to eat.. this is a great place to... eat...! Stonehouse pizza in waterbury. This is my first time.. my doctor told me to try them.. so i did! I was surprized. VeryGreat Food.. i returned the next day for a small grinder. And again. The price are reasonable and the off street parking is thebest.. the service is kind and you can watch them make your food.. very Good.. you will be pleased. Pizza is stale hard and rubbery. Service is very horrible and took 2 hours to get here. I would recommended other places than... this. The pizza was so stale I needed a whole glass of water for each bite! Read more
