DISGUSTING!!!!! I WAS GIVEN A MEXICAN PIZZA WITH A SLICE MISSING! YOU ALL ARE FREAKING NASTY INDIVIDUALS AND SHOULD BE FIRED!... This is absolutely disgusting and wrong! I ordered here at around 10pm a lady named tremaine R took our order when I got to the window she gave me a cup holder with 5... drinks but it was very flimsy and as she was handing the drinks to me and they fell in my car and all she said was aunapologetic sorry and to ?pick the drinks up? I showed her the soda that was in my car floor she made my drinks again and Iparked but she didn?t give me a receipt and i ordered a quesadilla but was not charged so I went back around and she had a verypassive aggressive tone with us implying we were trying to steal but she never gave us a receipt for us to check then afterbeing very annoyed she made the car behind us and us back up for her ?time? then we got charged. This was very veryunprofessional I have soda all over my car because she couldn?t double stack the cup holder and wasn?t nice I would like a callback for an apology because this was unacceptable service and will be calling corporate to report her because no one in customerservice should treat others like that Read more
Rarely does this location make the orders fresh, it's usually had to have been sitting in the hot plates for 15 to 30 minutes...... out of 10 times there order was wrong at least 4 of them. It gets the job done tho.... Read more
What an absolute terrible taco bell. To keep it brief, they had us backing up the drive thru lane and back forward again, then... later making us drive out front. Forgot an item. The nachos chips in one bag was just tons of tiny broken small pieces, and thequesadillas had nothing in them practically empty and not even cut right. You can see one end is just about only the tortilla.Not sure if they are supposed to still be sealing the bags, but that wasn't done either. Skip this one people! I come here once a week. I always order the simplest thing- soft tacos add sour cream only. The past three visits this simple... order has been messed up horribly. First and second time I get a completely loaded taco with everything. Not what I ordered.Third time now I get tacos with no sour cream and no lettuce to add to this. The one time I went back to have my order fixedthey were so rude! I think it?s time to find a different taco bell who respects their customers and listens to the orders ratherthan fooling around on their headsets where they can be heard..
