Although the inside is very clean and looks great it?s a lie. One person was making food out of a staff of five. Everyone else... was standing around talking and the one dude making our food was pulled away to help someone in the freezer. My fiancé and Igot the grilled cheese burritos. They didn?t put any of the crunchy tortilla chips in them. Was charged for extra toppings anddidn?t get them. Took around 10-15 minutes to get our food. For a new store they suck. And the shift lead or manager in chargewas one of the employees gabbing away. And both girls in the front looked genuinely annoyed we came in to order. We were glad to have a Taco Bell closer to home, but this is the worst Taco Bell I?ve been to even being the newest. We sit in... the drive through for 10 minutes for them to finally tell us to give them 10 minutes to get two large mobile orders together.Fine. We wait 15 minutes at that for them to tell us they don?t have any more meat and all they have left is chicken. Thanks forthe heads up before waiting 25+ minutes to order and being so patient and understanding. Nothing but bad experiences every timewe go there. Read more
Let me start by saying the staff was pleasant. My review is based on the food. The prices have gone way up and the quality is... just not good. I don't go often, maybe twice within the year. I had gotten out of work and it was a long day with no break,figured I would stop and get some food as the restaurant is 2 min away. The wait was a good 5 min, I'm ok with that. Then Ipayed and had to wait another 5 or so min. That's fine too. Once I received the order and got home, I was so disappointed ???? . I ordered a menu chicken bowl, no rice ,Extra beans. I don't think the actual amount of beans was added, there was definitelyno extra. I payed $9 for about a 1/4cup of chicken and sauce. Barely any lettuce. I get the rice makes up most of the bowl, thatis why I ordered and was fine paying extra for the beans. This is the second time this has happened. The first was when they hadtheir opening, so I just figured they were getting situated. I would just suggest making sure when someone asks forcustomization, it is done correctly. Read more
THE WORST!! This location has the worst food and the worst customer service. Our order was wrong, missing items, and on top of... that the food didn?t look the greatest. We called and the manager answered the phone. She started the conversation by calling mywife ?hun? and then hung up the phone. The phone lines have been busy ever since. The beans on the nachos are sandy and gritty.We have already called corporate and filed a complaint. Read more
Everytime i order they never fail to mess up my order . I always get the wrong order . Just read the receipt and see photos for... yourself ??????????? Don?t recommend eating from here , if you do make sure your order is correct before you pull off . Read more
I?ve come to this place about three times and each time they find a way to ruin my order. I hate complaining or giving bad... reviews because I use to be and assistant manager for a Taco Bell but it sucks when you only have 30 minutes for lunch and thenspend the money and be able to eat your lunch .
