I do not know what is up with this location, but last 4 times I went , it was not great. Last week I went and girl was miserable... beyond words, no manners, and seemed bother we were there. I had a gift card and cash and she proceeds to deduct the cash firstBEFORE the gift card, hellooo use the gift card first THEN pay rest with cash! She refused to give back a receipt as she was"out of paper". I was going to tip nothing if i could but gave her the left over gift card as I wasn't coming back. Time beforethat, girl was sweet and well mannered but would not take our drink order as the bartender was " new , slow and did not know howto make drinks yet"... well not my problem when i go to have a drink with my spouse there. Last 2 times before that... kid was alost cause... forgot my dessert and brought out my melted ice cream. On Saturday night my friend and I came in Friday's for drinks and appetizers. The bar was packed! Tiffany was the bartender. She... really made sure we had a great time. She was so attentive, and had a great attitude. She made sure to keep checking in on useven though she was really busy. The peach sangria she made us was a hit! We will deff be back to see her! Quiet ???? and relax night ????, the bartender was on point delicious drinks and the potato skins ???? ????. We like to eat... Spinach Artichoke Dip but they don't have the chips????. Everything at the eye was clean but they need to clean the ???? walls.The smell were everywhere and isn't good. Deep cleaning can help!!! Read more

I loved everything, especially the dessert, the food was to the point, the cocktails were great, the attention of the staff was... always attentive, something that always caught my attention when I go to places like this, I never see the floor manager, and onthis occasion always I saw him attentive and watching everything they did, a gentleman with long hair very attentive people sowe always need everything to always be perfect Read more
Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but after three strikes this is it….. this TGI Fridays location at 335 Union Street... in Waterbury is a 50/50 between having a average delivery or a disaster. Guess I’ve gotten the bad side of the coin threetimes in a row recently. This above is literally what we been getting for fries, almost look like leftovers. Aside from that,the avocado chicken sandwich has had a perfect record of having no avocado. Almost feels as if whoever is filling up theseorders is purposely doing the worst job possible…… things has gotten worst since February 2022. Maybe things in person aredifferent but if ordering delivery, consider a different location or a different place altogether. Read more
Perfection delivered! The waitress was super friendly, which is one of the most important aspects IMHO! The food was spot on... too. I ordered the Bucket of Bones along with a Grape Escape cocktail. The drink was really cool (it sparkles!) The winds andribs were tender and juicy and the fries were hot. A six star experience in my opinion ???? Read more
