Friendly employees, clean dining area. Standard Subway sandwich fare -- that is reasonable mass-produced sandwich fillings,... with a number of fresh veggies and topping choices, on freshly baked (but not what you would call homemade) bread. I thought I could take this subway to my grandfather's funeral. Huge let down. Not only is it not underground, but they don't... have any trains at all. It was just a bunch of sandwiches made by artists. Weird. Smells good though. Read more

Wasn't impressed by the service. Employees at this location could definitely benefit from a crash course in hospitality and... customer service. Assistant manager especially wasn't welcoming and drowned our sandwiches in condiments. Read more
I don?t know if the two employees working together today 6/23/2022 at 1220 hate each other or just hate working for subway. They... were immediately rude, impatient and unsanitary. No glove changes between handling money and food as well. The previous ownerwould have never put up with that kind of unprovoked nasty attitude or unsanitary food handling. I Won?t ever go to theWATERBURY VERMONT subway ever again. The change that was tossed to me was left tossed back onto the counter for my point ofdisgust. Read more
The food is as expected for a Subway. Hard to screw it up... but 5* because: Exceptionally good Customer Service from Ashley.... Complicated multiple orders, fussy eater kids... Handled it like a Pro & was nice chatty and helpful throughout. RECOMMEND. Read more
