Honestly, I have the worst service every time the mature male (possibly the owner) serves me. Super cheap on inexpensive... toppings and has no care of the tacos, just tosses toppings on top. (Stick to burritos) I?d hate to see the business go downfor small mistakes. Read more
Absolutely terrible Service went in there about 640 and ask for a steak burrito a they were 2 guys but only 1 working. When he... finally helped me. They were like half a scoop of brown beans and they were to lazy to make more. He told me he put 2 scoops inbut there was barley and pinto beans. He refused to make more. Told me they were out of pinto beans and told me just to haveblack beans. My experience there was terrible. I dont want to give one star also but i have no option.The food hear is not at all good. I asked for ketchup and he gave me... expired 2021 ketchup. I ordered quesdallia and it was really bland and less portion then normal. I would not recommend thisplace again. Read more
The meal was up to its usual standards and the place was nice and clean. What I wanted to share is that I have a daughter with... special needs. I believe the gentleman that assisted us was the owner or manager of the shop. He went through the menu toensure our needs were met and directed me to the area that I could puree her food. This place is garbage. I ordered ubereats from them and they put beef in my veggie bowl order. I called the restaurant and the... guy wouldnt give me his name but spoke broken english. He was really rude and told me to throw my food out and call uber. I toldhim they gave me the wrong order and he just cut the phone and didnt pick up. This was the most disgusting barburitto I?ve had. The person who was serving did not even understand English. They do not have... the signature hot sauce here, he lied saying it was the signature sauce and he kept dumping Buffalo hot sauce when I told him Iwanted the signature hot sauce. He got my order wrong, when I wanted the veggie ground burrito bowl he made the entire vege bowlwith no vege ground meat and then when I asked him if he put the veggie in it- he took the ground veggie and dumped it on top ofthe lettuce and started screaming at me saying I should?ve told him sooner and that he thought I said veggie and guacamole. The lady that served us was very friendly. The portions are decent, and ingredients are fresh. Gluten free options as well.
If you charging Full price at least give normal size of food to consumers as other stores do. It?s happened every time I visited... to this store.
